Ricki was wonderful about advertising our house and arranging open houses right away. Even when she had to go out of town she was in constant contact with us. When we were in the process of negotiating on our new house, Ricki was in continual contact with us and the sellers. She worked hard to get us a good deal and make sure we had all of the information we needed. She was also very flexible about times when we could view houses. Overall I would say Ricki has a desire to do a good job and she really wants what's best for her clients.
